Both InterDigitel and the client agree to keep project-related information confidential and use it only for the intended purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the project in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project by written notice.
Fees for work completed up to the termination date will be billed and payable.
Advance payments are non-refundable once project work has begun.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
